To do some killing without gibbing, but spawning a ragdoll do this: Place a trigger (or mulitple) and set the event for all of them. This will be the area where someone is killed. Place an scriptedtrigger in your map, anywhere. (KeyPoint -> AIScript -> ScriptedSequence -> ScriptedTrigger) Open it's ...

um.. I don't know about you, but if you have the proper shoes you can jump of off a wall... :D Haha, yeah i have something like that sometimes too. I find myself walking along a wall and sudenly i do a dodge in the oposite direction. And sudenly i find myself launching away from the wall with some ...

Ohh, i was just giving my opinion. Don't worry. :) But i like the platform a lot better now, it suits the style better and it's attached in a cool way, so i like it now. And with the light ray thingy, i saw the lightray, but no source. Like a fixture or in this case maybe a crystal that reflects the...

Hey it's your mod, you decide. It's simple, if you do not want to slow it down then don't. Then everyone else just got to adjust. The only thing that i think doesn't really suit is the dodging part in melee. I've never seen people dodge in melee fighting, only parying. Just my opinion.

I don't know about the movement speeds, but what stargazer says about the dodging. Shouldn't that be removed completly? Doesn't really suit the dueling IMO. Or maybe only remove it with melee dueling. Don't know, just thinking out loud. :)

Depends on what you want i guess. If you want small cramped fighting in the middle part, than don't do it. If you want people to be able to evade each other than do. Personly i would keep the tribune accecable. I tihnk it's more fun if you are able to evade your attacker. I think if the tribune isn'...

Yeah i agree, the middle is too dark. And need to be "broken" a bit. Too plain at the moment. Also the skybox has dark seams, it would probably look better if you set the skybox to unlit, or use a smesh for the sky along with a sheet for instance. A good one is in teh "general" s...

Wouldn't it work with a "limits volume" With it you can prevent certain actors from passing. It might be possible to set the limit to the grapple hook, so it can't exist in the limits volume.

Yeah i agree, ChaosUT dueling is the most fun and entertaining gametype i have played in quite some time. Congrats on that one. :) Love to see it develop over the next releases.

Hey man, It tried the map and i think it surely has potential, but i think you need to adress a few issues. Here goes: - You have a windsound in teh map, but other than that nothing. I think it would be really good to add an emitter that blows some sand through the map. That would make it a bit more...

What about sword blades that are sticking into the wall, you don't see them. then when you walk throught the corridor and triggger the trigger *swoosh* the blade swings out in an arc and decapitates anyone that wasn't ducking. Or cuts out anyone's feet from who didn't jump in time. I like the suck-i...
