Patch 3.81(for organizing, not new material since last beta)

Unfortunately we're not sure when the next update will come that includes new material or fixes.
So for organizational purposes, the betas that have come out over last couple months are now included here, in what we're calling version 3.81.

All you need is the last official FULL release, which was 3.76, and then this 3.81 patch applied on top of it.
Changelog is included.
When we're satisfied that it's good to go, we'll put it on the download page of our main website.
Any input towards that goal would be appreciated.
