Where is the Mac Starter?

So I use a Mac.
I downloaded the ChaosUT Umod thingey, used Santa's toolpack to install it (in application support, not in UT2004 itself), and i can't see it if i launch Ut2004 now.
After a little googling i ended up here, and i read some threads about a mac starter. But every single link leads to a page with 'account not active' and other dead links.
Is that launcher still out there? Or do i need to do something else?
