Well what the current plan is I create a true chaotic arm. When a modeler creates some animation which includes an arm, he does not animate the actual arm but the bonestructure. Cliffy started to soon. Everyone can make a goodlooking map by creating a displacement map for the terrain and throw in some static meshes. No hands mean you can't wield/throw meleeweapons or reload the crossbow/shotgun by hand. Hence we don't really have a choice but to add arms/hands to the animations.

Even with cheap games only a small portion of the price goes to the developers. That's where I think lies the real problem, we have to pay all those leeching on the developer's succes.

SPA suggested to end the spawnprotection as soon as someone decides to use a weapon. This would fix that problem. Of course new spawned players can always try to block your way, but then as soon as they get violant you can take them out.
