Need help starting LAN game.

Was playing this mod for ut2004 and tried to start a LAN game with some friends of mine. But kept having a problem. For some reason everyone who joined my LAN server would not get any weapons yet i had access to all weapons is there any reason as to why this is happening? Is there some setting i nee...
