I have the wierdest settings of all:
Right Mouse button: Forwards
Left Mouse Button: Primary Fire
Middle Mouse Button: Alt fire
Mouse wheel: Change weapons

Everything else is the default.

Oh, and I use an Inverted Y axis.

How about a move where your character grabs your enemy's gun and shoots him in the face with it? It'd be funny as hell with a needler or ERDW, but less so with a napalm CGL.

Once, a monster got stuck on a bouncepad, thus making it impossible to kill as it was always moving up and down.

I've seen maps with negative gravity in some reigions, so it might work.

you could use the WeaponsStuff Mutator (Use Google to Find it) . That allows you to choose the fire and alt-fire of weapons, as well as many other things.

I agree, prone would be nice. If you were perched on a ledge, it would make it difficult for the person you were sniping to fire at you.
