If I remember correctly you put the zip file path in the top section. At the bottm you tell it where to put it. (ut2004 directory). Or vice versa. I'll check when I get home and report back to you.

use this link and then click on the umodtool link. Download the software and try extracting Choas that way.

I think in the readme file there is a link to a program that decompresses the umod file. Use that. If that doesn't work try creating a folder and unzipping the file and extract it to the folder. If I was at home I could give you better detail on how to do it. I had the same problem.
