Sadly usally when it says it can not find some file or asset and that file or asset is where it should be (as it seems it is in this case), then re-installing UT2004 has been be the best bet to fix it. We have tried many other things and nothing but a re-install of UT2004 worked. Hate to say it :( ...

Hmm, can you verify that there is a file named ChaosGames.u and ChaosUT.u in \UT2004\ChaosUT2\System? And assuming they are, can you open the file in the directory named ChaosUT2.ini, scroll down a few lines, and paste in the section labelled [Core.System]? Well I've reinstalled chaos from the zip about 3 times and one install from the u mod file which had 3 errors

Yea it looks like those errors for battlebikes is not letting chaos load. Can you look for any of thier UCL files in your main UT2004\system dir and elimiate them? Same thing for airpower ut2004navey_tex and zcrap as well. That should fix it. Let us know! deleted all that stuff. But I still get the...
