didn't i hear something about a menu that would allow one to select which weapons to use in the match ........... e.g. not using poison crossbow or reg. sniper, but use the rest?

actually, instead of skins, I'd suggest using the program that makes the skins act like in Q2: if you have the skin someone else is using, you can see it. If not, you see the default skin, as opposed to UT's: if tthe server has the skin, anyone can use it but all must have it. If it doesn't, you can...
