yes, trough the mega bonus pack, wich included the 3369 patch , ece bonus pack, and the community bonus packs.

When i use the mutator, it doesn't change anything, just all normal weapons. When i attempt to load chaosut with the .bat file or from the community menu in UT2004, it crashes, giving some weird fault code.
