EMP shuts down electric currents, I think the are none damaging for biology...pre-loaded with EMP grenades.

You might want to add to user.ini under [Engine.HUD]

CrosshairScale=0.0
CrosshairOpacity=0.0
There is no user.ini, there is a GameUserSettings.ini & a Scalability.ini... Scalability.ini sounds like the right file, is it???

Can't wait, this is the only mod I love that decided to come to UT4, lots of great memories... RIP to Ballistic Weapons, they will be greatly missed... And hopefully UT4s server browser system will make things easier for you guys...
