The cutter lag occurs on my server as well; server side lag, as it lags clients who aren't even in the same part of the map.

On my server, when one uses the napalm grenades, there is no noticeable lag. However, if one uses several grenades in one room over time, the fire effect respawns client-side every time any client enters that room, even though the actual napalm was used ages ago (At first I thought it was just rando...

Don't know whether you'll want to fix this one or not, as its an interaction with another weapons mod. When I place sleeping proxies near my sentinels (Weapons of Evil), the sentinels immediately destroy the proxies. o_O Heh.
