heart beat sound bug for Santa Cruz card
I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card. This bug applies to all 3 sound settings (Hardware+EAX, Hardware, Software). When the heart beat sound is playing, that is the only sound. So when the announcer voice wants to announce that blue flag is taken, the words are cut off (the words are "ov...
