no u should just let the grapple release a little faster when u push the grapple button a second time.

it would be great if the grapple releases faster, so you can shoot it again faster.

I have it too , but if i keep retrying i usually get connected.

how about when in a dm or ctf a guy is annoying you then you can challenge him to a duel. similar to the arena fight in jailbreak. when you challenge someone, it is viewable to all ,and to decline a challenge announces to all, something humiliating. and how about an option for melee DM when running ...
