I did clean install, and followed the instruction to a T and still got nothing. [Same Problems.]

The installer worked... But I could seem to get the launcher to work. It says something about it could create a txt preferences file, in the preferences directory, which was odd becuase when i checked the directory there were two CUT files there. A prefs file and a txt file. I tried repairing direct...
