yes the UT2K4Mod.ini is in the appropriate place, everything seems to have extracted as it should have.

the command ut2004 -mod="ChaosUT2" works to launch the ChaosUT2 form a shell. maybe I should add this to my ut2004.ini? but I have no clue as to where, and would prefer it to be selectable from within game so I can enable and disable it at will. Anyhow, great mod everyone....I've been wait...
