What is UnFractal.cpp?

This line in the logs seems to be the problem:
Critical: Assertion failed: sizeof(UWetTexture)==UWetTexture::StaticClass()->GetPropertiesSize() [File:UnFractal.cpp] [Line: 4118]

Mutator... Been there tried that.. it's not going to work because of the texture issue I'll let you know if your ini setting fixes.
