Sounds like he has the version which was shipped with that Q2 disc, Extremeties or some name like that. Kinda like the GOTYE for UT. Didn't they remove those items for that version? Get the latest version from the website and you'll be fine. And BTW, I thought the latest version was like 1.14, or so...
