I recently discovered that fileshack doesn't have the latest patches and full-downloads, thus I had the 3.6 version instead of the 3.7.6 version.
I did however only encounter it in duel when I was dead or about to die.
For now I haven't had the same issue with the 3.7.6 version, but I will post my log if it occurs.
