Tragedy...

Post by lord_kungai »

Steve Irwin died

While not the biggest fan of the Crocodile Hunter, I was duly shocked by this news. Just thought that some would want to know...

Yea I know he was or could be annoying, but the man had brass...no platinum balls and for that I did have to give him credit. Plus not only was most of his work entertaining, I did learn a few things about the animals along the way. Thanks Steve, sorry to see you go and RIP :(

yeah, very unusual to get skewered in the chest. Its a shame - and the last thing he would have wanted as he was often promoting teh gentle nature of the the animals he was working with.

a good entertainer, but alas, i did kinda suspect he might eventually get caught off guard. he will be missed.

The irony is sickening...

He was apparently the 19th person to be killed by a stingray in the past century. Of all the animals that he worked with, this one has the lowest mortality rate...
