Why is alias such and annoying company?

Post by GB »

hey ya'all.

just wondering if anyone has the keycode for maya 5 ple (the one included on the ut2004 disk). Ive registered on the damn website about 20 times, and it wont let me download due to my cookie settings - which i have changed according to what they wont, and it still doesnt work. And trying to email alias for help is like trying to make a functional chocolate teapot. I dont see how they expect poeple to use the program when its so damn hard to get it!

As this keycode isnt secret, and is the same for every copy, i thought someone might have had it. Ive tried the one for ut2003 - (40 100 200 25) and it doesnt work. Argh!

Also, i am not gonna download maya 7 ple - a)it wont let me, and b)the plug in for ut2004 doesnt work with it.

Any help?

Uhhh... Why can't you change your cookie settings so that the page will open correctly?

And then change back, if you are that paranoid about <1Kb txt files...

ive tried everything they suggest, and i still cant download it. even turning off windows firewall, all antivirus and enabling like every cookie imaginable, i cant download it.

Also, maya 7 ple doesnt work with the ut2004 exporter, so itd be even more of a hassle to make models and get them into the editor.

Hmmm...

I have had an HP PC for the last 5 years and I've had no probs with it...

Maybe because of the number of mods I've made to it... :)
