Yes, Mr Furry, we were all sorry, shocked and saddened on that day.

Sinastar was a very prominent player on the Q2 Chaos circuit before he very tragically met with a careless driver coming home from work on Hallowe'en 2000. Not only was he an excellent player who often fragged us all mercilessly (well Most of us at any rate :) ), he was also quite often the first to recognize a n00b and stop his tirade in order to help the poor clod figure out what ChaosDM was all about... how it's features worked and how to bind keys to use them and so forth...
Andrew was a fun player, and definately {Moo} material IMO and I'm sure you would have liked him, as most of us did.

Thanx, LoQ for helping us remember.

Well I have to agree with you Lothar... according to what you said and LoQtUS told me in IM, Sinastar and I would have gotten along great... probably fighting over who should talk and help the noob out ROFLOL...

As LoQtUS put it... He's putting together a great Chaos LAN for us all in the next life... :D

Yes.

While I did not know him as well as some others, I did get to play him from time to time.

What was cool was the way folks responded back then. I remember web pages about him, a map was made for him, games played in his honor, etc.

Was sad of course, but it was neat to see folks get real for a bit, and respond with respect. Reminded all of us that's it's real people on the other end of these posts.

Andrew...
I was touched by this soul, although only cyberly...
through gaming and of the written word.
We have never met but felt like I knew him. He was a good ol' soul,
friend, with a heart of gold.
We've had some good times...fragging in chaos
and in awe of his playing style. He never copped an attitude
& gave out compliments readily. :)

It was such a jolt, shock...thinking back..
and how we were all taken by surprise...
to hear of that devastating car accident...news...
of such a senseless waste of life.
--I was saddened immensely by this & had felt like I had lost
a brother...as many of you may have felt that way...too. :(

--Thanks for remembering Andrew...this second year of his passing.
I'd also like to share the poem I was inspired to write.
This is the same one I wrote 2 yrs ago...of his passing then.
Maybe you've seen it in my previous...post. :)
--It's what they call Free-style poetry:

A Fallen Comrade
~Here I sit mourning.... a great person, cyber---chaos---player,
wallowing in tears... looking for the light, in all of this.
How could this have happened, to one so deserving of life,
had so much to offer and gave so much.... to be silenced... into another dimension?
God, has him now.... to grace his heavens, for he has finished
his time... here on earth.
His calling.. came and he went, in such haste.
We just..... hated to see him go, so soon and without warning...
All the tears, of sadness... that have flowed... will make the flowers grow
on that sunny hillside... he's laying on now.
He's gazing down on us all, wanting to tell us he's resting.. and doing fine.
We may not see him, in the physical... here and now
but he will always be a part... of us.... his presence felt.
Someone who has touched so many as he has, will live on in their
memories...forever.

For those of you who have never seen a picture of Andrew,
I'd like to share this one with you.

Andrew aka Sinastar/Sinbunny...

--Look on his left side of his shirt...right side facing the pic for us.
I added the icon...model he used to play...(The sinbunny) with the letters
representative of his clan at that time. 8)

Hmmmmm SinBunny Evolution style. Gives me Ideas there Spa.

It would be an honor to convert him, but i would like some input from those who knew Andrew. ya think He could use more polys, or ya think He will be cool the way he is? More Skins? (the Origional will be included ofcourse). Kirin, and Spa are you two interested in getting in on this with me? maybe we could all work on some skins together.

Input Please...

Andrew will forever be in our hearts and memories. I know he would be honoured to have his legacy live on in the gaming world.
Maybe at some point we can have another Sin Frag Fest since the first one was such a success. It would be nice to get together with everyone again to remember him and play the games that he loved so much :P

Glad to see that noone has forgotten about my Brother. Yes I call him my brother because we were best friends since he was 5 and did everything together. I was the one that some of you may remeber held Sins Frag Fest up here in Kingston. The turn out was incredible, but unfortunately due to finacial reasons I could not hold another but maybe some day.
All the words you have said have been passed on to his loved ones so they to know that you still care. I have many pics of andrew and of Frag Fest which I can email out to people that are interested in seeing some.
Just contact me thru email. I miss him unbelieveably and would do anything to get to be fraged by him just one more time.

Thanks again
