First up - thanks for the great stuff!
I like it pretty much except the forced
3rd person view for melee weapons.
Cant you turn back to first person cam like
BallisticWeapons or U4E and others have?

Hi.

There actually is (or at least used to be, can't remember) an .ini option for enabling 1st person view in melee.

However, it's wonky as hell. The reason is because all of the animations and moves and stuff were all designed with 3rd person view in mind. So 1st person looks pretty weird, because most of the time you can't even see your weapons. :?

Makes it kinda hard to use, and leaves you feeling pretty unsatisfied.

I just searched and found "FirstPersonMelee True/False" in the
ChaosUT2.ini under "[ChaosGames.ChaosUT]" near the pages bottom.
Only - changing it had no effect ingame! At least not the desired
firstperson view in the horde melee invasion gametype!
If anybody knew i were truly enjoyed because thats
like the kind of game i always searched for kinda.
