He may be speaking of this area where you can see back into the map through the upper outer wall.

I've never been able to undo a fake backdrop surface so you may have to add something to block the view unless somebody knows another way besides deleting the brush and making a new one. Although that wouldn't be too hard in this case.

Yup,hammer listed one of them
Also on the door on the upper(not proxy trap) level,you can see thru it,and there is only the skybox beyond it

EEEK I GOT A BUG ON MY EYE!!!! EEEEEK...
Identikal grabs a can of Mortein and empties the can on his eye
Both the bug and Identikal's left eye shrivel up and evaporated

The proxy crushed his eye, which fell off and knocked down the can of mortein on the bug...

This was a public release... there has been no discussion or mention of this map for inclusion in the next release.
On a side note, it doesn't quite meet the requirements for an "official" map.
