Map question and map problem,,,

I took a custom ut2004 map and put it in the map folder of ut2003,it shows up in the map list but when it tries to load it says "cannot launch url',,,,cannot find package for file X_CP_EVIL3"

Where can i get this file to add it to ut2003?

When i try to open that map in the ut2003 editor,it gives me this error message:
Build UT2003_Build_[2003-04-07_17.42]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1995 MHz with 1023MB RAM

X_CP_EVIL3 is a texture file used in UT2k4 and probably not in UT2k3. If you take maps back to UT2k3 that were made in UT2k4 then you will probably hit more of these types of errors :(
