Whats a RPB and whats enhanced about the rocket launcher?

A RPB is a rocket propelled bullet. It is a sniper ammo that does extra damage.

The rocketlauncher has a laser guidance system that displays a laser dot which rockets home in on during flight. Since the laser is inside the launcher it allows you to guide your rockets somewhat. It is accessed via the weapon option key.

How do I use the RPB?

Weapon Option Key? That the secondary fire or an option in the options menu?

its the second ammo type. Use the change ammo key. Note however that you must pick up a clip of RPB rounds first to use them.
