a mod had to rename most of its units becouse it had some of the warhammer names like, lizardmen
tho it was only due to the annoyance of the wh40k fanboys who came to flame
I just wanted to say, that a maschine that has similarities to a human being with a large claw and a big gun would be cool. Name it walker if you like (I hope "walker" isn't a trademarked word). But "maschine that has similarities to a human being" is a stupid name for a vehicle, don't you think so?
I don't want a rip-off of WH-stuff, I posted the pics to show what kind of vehicle I mean. If I had found pics that fit my ideas of such a mashine better, I had posted them instead.

I didn't say that, it is just an idea for the replacement of one ground unit. But mechs i mean djeez I don't think anything like it should be in chaos.
I had an idea for a light rover vehicle based on a robot I made in Robot Arena 2. The body of the vehicle is suspended above the wheels, so it sorta looks like the wheels are on four legs. The thing can drive over just about anything and can handle almost any terrain due to its minimized center of gravity. It's a pretty cool looking thing. The idea would be that it's a 3-seater, with one driver seat, a passenger seat, and a gunner seat. The driver would have a thermite flamethrower on the front, the passenger would be able to use whatever gun they were carrying, and the gunner would have access to a high-powered proxy launcher, capable of shooting the proxies farther than the claw2. Essentially, it would be useful as a light minelayer/scout vehicle. The configuration of the wheels allow it to drive over other vehicles with ease, and even some very difficult terrain.
Just think, you could drive over an enemy tank, passenger hops out, lands on the enemy tank as you drive over, and passenger carjacks the tank... Talk about versatile!

Good idea.
I also saw the idea somewhere from someone of taking the vehicles of UT2, that should also prove as a good idea (maybe altering them a little so the copyright is of).
it can move around slowly and has 5 seats,1 person sits in his head and uses a high power cutter/triple xbow to the front,2 people on its shoulders(where there should be shoulders)using whateva weapon they carry,1 on the back of it wielding a RPP gun(rocket propelled proxies, just proxies with some emmiters on em),and 1 in its belly shooting out of it with his weps
it should look like a somwhat mechanized giant hamsters skelly,height=2 people,it like a giant tank
