PR3.01 Make the weapon Damages Server Changeable?

Based on jb's thread showing the table values for each weapon, and some disagreements on their balance, I was wondering if it would be possible to add the feature for each server to change each weapon's settings to in-effect find a better balance that the engine can handle appropriately.
So If we dont like the Hammer damage at 23 we can change it to 16 or so. Not sure how much confusion this might cause but it also might be fun for some servers to set all weapons to 2 and have long battles. :P

that would be hella fun to play melee weapons causing only 2 damage (slap)
But some would abuse it, to imbalance the hole game.
So i think the should only be possible to lower/higher the damage procentual for all weapons not only for one.

I agree, if you wanted to change weapon damages, its should be all or none

Well i think some admins will have different views on certain weapons. Yes it could be abused by the admin if he sets only his weapon to be super strong, but then no one would play on his server.

Personally, if given that option, I would probably take a few hit points off of the Hammer, daggers, and single axe, as based on the game play I've watched and took part of on my server as well as others, these weapons seem to be the biggest complaint, but they are still great weapons, just a little "Too" great at the moment IMO.
