..do i make a KOTH map...i know where to get the Chaos info an all that but i cant seem it figure out KOTH volumes...lil help?

Seems that info was lost during the transfer from Planetunreal to BeyondUnreal. Here is an older HOWTO which should still be accurate:

For creating a KOTH map, the key is figuring out the right KOTH volume settings. Research existing KOTH maps and experiment with different control point sizes and layouts to find a good balance for engaging gameplay.
