noob question, how to install?

I downloaded the 250mb mod, the latest patch and the ECE bonus pack, i installed the patch, then the ECE pack then the patch again, but i dont know how to actualy install the mod
can any1 help me?

Have you downloaded zip or umod?
In case it's umod (*.ut4mod), just run the file and follow instructions.
For zip it should write in the readme.
