Help needed with ut2003.ini

I was looking for some help.

I am trying to modify my ut2003.ini to include ChaosUt for ut2003. So that a buddy and i can play it with it on a LAN game. we both have it but it only works for whoever is hosting the game. Anyhelp would be great.
