Melee during normal combat?

Any way to use melee weapons during a chaos game? I tried adding the mutator, but it's not giving me melee weapons.

I tried summoning one, but have two problems
-Does't put me in 3rd person
-Upon manually going to third person, no swinging animatino for weapon.

Using 3.75
