Are you still able to start up normal ut2k4 match types when you start with the -mod ChaosUT parameter?

Yes and no. Yes you can run the normal UT2k4 gametypes, however as a feature the chaos mut is auto-loaded for all of the non-chaos gametypes (and some of the chaos gametypes as well). So if you looking for a way to run 100% standard UT2k4 then you can not do that when the Chaos "switch" or mod is enabled.
