Emergency measures -- README IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER

It would appear that the current system of user activation no longer does the trick, as there have been massive amounts of spambots posting all sorts of stuff all over these forums... As an emergency measure, I have temporarily set each user registration to be manually activated.

I have also changed the registration code to the following:

4F1AF09B

For everyone trying to register, sorry for the inconvenience.

Why not try a few of the things I did on my registration page. It worked very well. Only live people get in now.
