HTML? How the hell can i learn it?

Hay all I'm having a hard time trying to find a good HTML learning website to teach me the basics and such. But i keep getting these websites for novis and expert HTML Programmers and it's becoming a pain in the arse because i can't find a good website for a beginner. I would like to know if any of you have a good website i could try out

As a side note, I'm currently trying to learn how to use dream wever 8.0 and i was woundering, how was this site built and what skins and such where used? if you could tell me that would be grate.

I'm not sure about a website, but try looking for Building a Website for Dummies at any good bookstore, I'm reading it right now.

Do you know how to use dream weaver 8.0 and such? if so could you teach me? or make a basic tutorial that will describe how to make a skin like on the site and such?

there are many online learning platforms that offer HTML courses w3school is one of them and it's free, or you can easily find an HTML complete tutorial video on Youtube.

I definitely swear by W3Schools, it has helped me through way too many HTML related things during college.
