I worked on that skin between times I waited for some real CUT2 skin-work and re-learning some modelling. It's for an upcoming custom model called Beatrice. My skin is called Beatrix.
The skin won't be released until UT2k3 comes out and when the model is fully rigged and animated, but thought I'd show something.
The Unreal Warfare engine is a powerful engine. I would think that it could support such models, but this model was built for eye-candy in mind. We took NO CONSIDERATION of performance!
It's one of those Engine-Breaker models due to high polycount and the use of 2048x2048 textures instead of 1024x1024 textures.
I honestly can't wait to see how the engine will handle such model.
