Not bad, see if you can get a better version of the skull though, it looks grainy and stretched.

well I managed to find a better copy and added it, the screens reflect the changes. The logo definately looks better but any other feedback is welcome

ok, the windows theme is done, it's designed for XP, but can be used with other windows OS's provided you have PLUS.
also the wallpaper screenshots above have been updated to the current version which is also in the theme file.
you can grab the theme here:
Clickety Clickety
there's a readme in the zip with instructions for installing, but for XP users with winzip, simply extract the zip file with folder names intact, to the C: drive and you should be able to choose the theme in the settings.
Enjoy!!
P.S. I left in some proxy sounds in the theme folder that weren't used for easy editing if anyone would like to change the sounds in the theme.

Dude! Thank you!
I haven't actually tried the theme yet, but that's very cool of you to do Wulfman. Hope you don't mind being the new POTW.
I think a brief news blurb about this might just follow as well. Guess that'd be a good time to mention the CUT2 shortcut icon that Deus made, and the CUT2 splash screen that somebody else made (LoQ maybe? Jedi?).
And then later when I have more time I'll get it added on the site somewhere under the Art section.
Great stuff Wulfman. Thanks.

I'm glad you like it Flagg, and i'm glad I could help.
I hope you guys enjoy the theme, I tried to choose sounds that were both fun and also fit the situation, but in case someone doesn't like my choices, I left in extra's that you can switch to using the "sounds" options from the control panel.
right now the theme is the wallpaper and sounds, I may do icons and mouse pointers at a later date, but at the moment, the theme is as complete as I can make it, however if someone else would like to use that theme as a base and add icons and mouse pointers, they're more than welcome to.

i know its not "choas" but a damage amp icon set at a tilt might make a nice pointer. Could have it rotate for the hourglass/busy mouse setting.

Sounds good. And if there happened to be a post here, that I could quote from and link to, that'd be nice too!
Much as EFA11 did with the thread on Atari about the server browser. That made it so easy on me, hehe, all I had to do was quote him, and link to the thread.
Talk you into doing the same for the splash logo? We need seperate instructions for 1.1 umod folks, and the rest of us right?

Wulfman, sounds good. If I do get it on the site today, it would be much later this evening. So if you do any more messing with it today,no biggie, I'll come back and grab it tonight or tomorrow when I do a news post.
