soo i guess it will be the same
No, Halo 1 was orignally a PC game. Then MS bought out Bungie and transfered it to Xbox. A PC port was promised since well before the game came out. It just took them a long time to get around to it

I love how You criticize them for their efforts without ever having been involved in the developmental process.

its just that it took kinda long and not all that much noticable stuff was done, and that is the truth

Halo was actually a mac game that was supposed to be a 3D RTS, but halfway through development the devs starting playing around with single characters in the 3d enviroment and found it was more fun. Thus began the FPS version of the game.
Forget how microsoft found out about the project, probably E3, anyways, they bought out bungie and moved the game from mac to xbox.
(Saw a history of halo on TechTV the other day =p )

Ya it was a mac game first, but before MS bought Bungie they switched to PC because Mac wasn't a big enough market. The whole reason MS bought out bungie was because Bungie was going broke.

none,
half life 2 was too repetative (there was like 8 different bad guys) and halo 2 single player is ****,
so therefore, its a poll of counter strike versus halo2 mp........then, of course, cs wins cause halo2 is soooo unbalanced its beyond belief....(yeah, a 1 hit kill sword from like 60ft away...get outa here!) whereas cs is actally even slightly playable with even basic weapons...
btw, they both suck online compared to ut2004. even doom3 (+64 player mod) has better multiplayer compared to halo2.....

Halo 2 just rocked...... **** lets see HL2 do a cinmatic experience with a super human jumping out of a space ship with a bomb that was set to go off in 1 second and return it to the alien barstards that put it there....blowing them to kingdom come! them catching a allied space craft just as he was about to enter the atmosphere

. I thought halo 2 sucked once i did it but the mutiplayer just takes getting used to and there is more to single player then u think

..... if u dont know about *Cough*Skulls*Cough* then i aint gonna tell ya, and like Assassin said..... try lengendary 0.0 .....that will take u months and not even ur team mates can save u

.
Btw i did have Half Life 1 and all the mods n stuff....to find out i couldnt play it online cos it wouldnt let me and i couldnt download a fix or game server or somthing.......was THAT ****** THING CALLED SOURCE! >_<!

Halo 2 multiplayer sucks for the first week or two (assuming you are coming from Halo 1), then you adjust and it starts flowing.
There are ways of beating the sword, but its not easy. It actually requires (*gasp*) skill. Among my personal favorites: shotgun while they are halfway through their dash, sticky grenade, rocket launcher, and any other weapon in an area where you have the space to backpedal and play range games.

i like how you assume that because i dont like halo2 mp you assume its because in crap. I played 16 palyer for an eniote weekend against some fairly awesome guys from around the world - and didnt do too badly. howver, its still unbalanced compared to ut or cs.
anyway i will admit i did under exaggerate the number of enimies in half life 2....8 was a bit conservitive.....but still, there was a fair few similar enimies - like 3 headcrabs for example...
