freedom of speech does NOT apply in a private environment.

these forums are hosted by someone, they either bought space, or used their own to host them, it's their property, and they make the rules, freedom of speech doesn't apply here, it's up to the owner/operator as to how he wants to run his forums.

the same thing applies for a gaming server. someone either bought it, or hosts it off their own machine, puts in their own time, money and or resources to make it happen and give others a place to play....however once again, THEY decide what's right or wrong on their own server.

posting on a forum, and playing on a privately run game server is a priviledge, not a right. if you abuse that priviledge, expect to reap the consequences of your actions.

the "desecration of your freedom of speech" argument has to be the lamest excuse for rudeness that there is. how about the fact that you desecrated their server with your foul language and poor attitude? or the fact that you tried to impose your own will over the will of the server admins who run it and sucked the fun out of the game for those who were there enjoying their time on the server?

Look I dont care and I dont wanna here it all I have to say is that I love Chaos and this new thing is great. But whats the point if there is no other place to play it with other ppl. I love it but thanx to Furry I wont come back for the next crap you have and I ashure you that if you alow him to continue with doing **** like what he did to me (baned me for the second time cuz he cant take a joke) you will have alot less ppl getting the next chaos upgrade.

Oh and you stop rippin off Ruroni Kenshin. You insult all the cartoonists of japan, and that is illegal to change that and use it for your symbol because that is a copyrighted character.

Joke or not, intended or not..

You were warned, seriously, multiple times. You did not heed that warning. This is a private enviroment, run and owned by Furrysound and the rest of the team. We have the right to remove your access to our server for any and all reasons we deem necessary.

In regards to the swearing, it was not only about that. Nevertheless, you were swearing excessively and did not heed the warnings or suggestions from other players other than furry and myself to stop. We decided to give you a second chance, grudgingly, and you abused that chance and ended up banned again. You might also have noticed that there is a message that pops up that says no swearing when you enter the server.

Get the next chaos update or not, but we do not have to pay the server fees to play with you on our server. If you want to play with people and curse and harrass them, start your own server. We put out the mod for any and all people to play that have fun doing so. But on our server and in our community we do not have to tolerate behavior like yours.

And dont try to pass your age off as an excuse, the first time i visited the chaos community i was about your age. That was during ChaosUT1. I was not banned, not descriminated again, and not told to shut up. The reason? i behaved myself. A little self control goes a long way, give it a try next time.

Highlander, when you pay for a server, you can do with it as you please.
Since it was Furry's server you were on, he paid for it, he can govern it as he sees fit.

Playing on a server is not a right, its a privelage, just like a driver's license

At no point were we picking on you, or 'hating' you. As has been pointed out before, you were kindly asked to not swear. You didn't stop and were banned. I chose, based on your PM to me, to remove the ban and allow you access to the server again.

You immediately started cursing and being generally unruly. Unfortunately for you that got you banned again. Maybe with some time and growth you will change and the ban may be lifted. But until such a time comes, the ban remains.

Probably better this way anyway. The only way people mature is by making mistakes and living with the consequences.

You are being very unfair.
You excpect you can swear all you want even if warned and then you get banned and after that you think that your banning was unfair?
You need to clean up your attitude and defently not come complaining.

God i;m sry but this is the only place to play this and now im deleting this P.O.S. program. It's taking up space and whats the point if i cant play other people.

I'm sry if you think that cursing is wrong but wake up and smell the maple nut crunch: the game is rated MATURE, meaning that there will be excessive cursing. So if you dont wanna here it dont play this game.

The point is if you didn't have the sh*tty attitude of a spoiled 5 year old, you wouldn't have this problem.
If you can clean up your attitude and behave, you'll probably be allowed back on that server.
But if you persist on acting like a spoiled rotten, sh*t-headed 5yr old, you're going to get banned from more than just Furry's server
There are few server admins out there that will tolerate such an attitude. They paid for the server, they get the choice as to how they run it

RoyalCat: It was a double banning. I banned him. He sent me a PM, which I posted at the beginning asking to be unbanned, apologizing. I allowed him back on and the whole thing started over again.
