I personally think that the CPP looks nice from the render and the idea aint too bad too
maybe you could make the projectiles be like starwars lasers so it isnt a modern enforcer?

Also IMO the CRL needs a new model... I believe DH will back me up on this
Yes I tweak to the CRL is planned for the next one, including new model and features. As well as the possible return of the CAS12
The CPP model is being tweaked to remove the proxy. The current code base has it working some what like the enforcers of old UT.

why remove the proxy?isnt it nice to kill someone and have a proxy spourt out something sensless

There were other things we wanted to do with the proxy. In the end after we tried some of them, it just did not feel right.... Kind of hard to explain...

Actually, it would at random intervals the entire gun would turn towards you and taunt you. Gets quite annoying...

if it didnt work,then just leave it in for the kicks,for the next release you might think something good,it isnt good to remove something from the model becouse its idea hasnt been quite worked out imo,easier/faster/better to just leave it in

Actually, I disagree. If something isn't working or doesn't feel right, it should be worked on until it either does feel right or you have to scrap it completely. Chaos is not a shoddy mod.

If you had used the CPP you would understand. None or Very Few of the Team members Enjoyed it the way it was , In fact, most preferred the Shieldgun over it. It still isnt gold with the new changes , but at least its useful somewhat now.

my suffestion would be too make the link gun replace the assault riffle. It's Onslaught most important weapon and with the MUG spawning with it (that's right isn't it?) there'd be a way smaller chance to get it. Not to think of when the "Chaos weapons only" box is checked.

If I am correct, you get it anyways when you go over a refill station in addition to the Chaos weapons. And if it is as a stand alone weapon in Ons, the weap and the ammo flip back and forth between the two. The devs might want to confirm that though.

i'm just curious if while on the hoverboard and grappled to another vehicle, if you can decapitate people with the grapple line

Later on, we may be able to make the grapple bend and twist around level geometry, and possibly be able to clothesline people as well, but at this time, there is nothing like that in the game.
