Ok will try to think of other cause. Its just a pain as that error does not tell us much of what it did not find. And it does not happen on any of our system. The key to fixing a bug is to see if first hand and with out seeing it that way...just shooting blanks

For kicks and giggles can you try it one more time and post the log file and your ut2004.ini file contents? Maybe we will find something in there that will help show why this is happening...
