Batman vs Spiderman?

How is that even possible?

Spiderman lives in the Marvel Universe and Batman in his own world
In Gotham City the Marvel Universe does not exist and in the Marvel Universe there is no Gotham City

They will never meet each other so there will be never a fight...

And even in the case they will meet each other? What is the reason for their dispute, why should they fight each other?
I thought they both fight for justice and against crime?

Batman hands down.

Batman is WAAY too smart to fall to a punk kid like Spider-man.
Batman has taken down Superman (See The Dark Knight Returns), If batman can take down Superman (Without kryptonite no less) A kid with spider powers would be no problem at all!

Spiderman is as much of a technical genius as batman. According to the comics, the radioactive spider gave him only his strength, his reflexes, his agility and his wall-climbing ability. He made his own web launchers. He deviced methods of making his own silken webs.

Actually if we let Batman take Robin (and really what kind of a side kick name is that...really robin...boy wonder????....GAY!!!!!) then let Spidy have Blade since they "teamed" up in a few episodes. Then...well sorry spidy/blade would clean up...then if we allow the xmen to play...... jk

BTW Blade3 out in one more day here in the states...may favorite comicbook movies!!!

Superman, who was looking for Batman after hearing of Robin's tragic demise. Superman promptly swings his right fist at Spiderman but instead it hits...

The Incredible Hulk, who gets into a furious rage, mutates (how his underwear expands so much, I wonder) and lunges for Superman only to step on...

Wonder Woman, who has come with the Justice League in order to help Superman. The Green Lantern fires a beam of pure energy which hits...

Wolverine, who has come to the aid of spiderman. Quickly regenerating, Wolverine extends his claws of adamantium and takes a swipe at...

Catwoman, who dodges, extends her own claws and jumps onto...

Blade, who, removing his silver-titanium katana from its sheath, heaves Catwoman off him and swings his sword at...

Hawk Girl, who counters his attack with her mace. She flies over him and throws her mace at...

Cyclops, who blasts her mace to smithereens with his laser vision and targets...

Batman, who is out of his batmobile and in the fight now. Batman hurls one of his Bat-shurikens at...

Actually I think the first Batman movie was the ultimate superhero movie.. in terms of sinking into the theme and atmosphere and stuff.. not focused all on the overuse of special effects in today's hero movies.

The first batman movie didn't do Batman justice.
It totally missed the character of Batman (See Batman: Mask of the Phantasm for a better rendition of Batman the character"
I loved the Gothic Sets and Elfmans music, but it was a Tim Burton Movie. Not a Batman Movie.

And FYI the New Batman movie's script was written by David Goyer, same guy who penned the Blade Movies.
The Director is Christopher Nolan (My Fav) from Memento and Insomnia (Who is specifically avoiding doing a Special Effects bonanza, so I think you'll like it)
And Christian Bale is Batman (Watch "Equilibrium", The Perfect Batman!)

Im leary about Christian Bale.. I mean.. he's American Psycho to me.. he's reminds me more of one of those weird role actors ... like Christopher Walken... I dont see him as a relaxed Bruce Wayne.. In fact, another great about Batman 1 was Michael Keaton.. many laugh at me about that.. but I still think he played the best Bruce Wayne. I fear Christian Bale will be another Val Kilmer...just not quite right.

As much as I like spidey, there really is no contest. Batman wins.
Spidey relies far too much on his spidey-sense in combat and really has no actual technique. Bats, on the other hand, trained under several masters of many martial arts and one-on-one can whup anyone.
As for special powers, Batman can always find a way around that little inconvenience, such as any one of the toys he's picked up over the years, from Mr. Freeze's gun to The Scarecrow's fear dust.

But really, the fight was over before it started, because Batman will find out about Peter Parker, MJ and aunt May; instant leverage...

Also, quick question, are we talking comic-spidey, who was once in love with Betty Brant? Or Movie Spidey and his Angst-Powered web-glands? Not that it really matters...
