Looks like the homer model is not working correctly with Chaos. Can you rename that to homer_upl.back and see if that works?

I guess go and rename all of the UPLs that cause you trouble. However you will have to trail and error bais...

update: i did it easily, deleted all downloaded .upl skins and it works!

strange that KouRyuu doesn't work, 'cause it worked for me... I know what might be the problem: either you don't have one of the patches or you didn't put all the files in the .zips of your downloaded models into your UT folder, happened to me
