i am not sure if i mentioned that splicing *.avi files is a very risky thing to do. I am not sure how much you know about divx and how it encodes. But if you splice out a key frame everything after it will be ruined untill the next key frame. just an FYI. The only program i can think of is the one that comes in the Gordian Knot. Virtual dub i think its called, www.doom9.org and look for gordian knot and install and use that program for splicing.

here is some more information for you about using the program and *.avi info:
http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/index_english.html

These articles are VERY GOOD, i like them a lot:

:) your welcome one and all.

For other information, when you encode the demo, use the max resolution you can, that way we dont lose quality if we want to make it big, we dont lose quality making small. Thanks all

Allright, nice program. Just found out how to cut the scenes. I am saving them with no compression so quality is still intact.

640x480 :)

Do you know a place where I can put the files ull?

Allright, great, it's 50 MB for 22 seconds uncrompressed Xvid.

Pretty hefty, but hey, if that what it takes for a good movie that is what it takes, But then I'll just wait till I have cut out all the movies and upload them in 1 time.

If I can find a place where I can store say 300 MB? That is what I might need for all the scenes
