Anyways, Spiderman can do the twisty twirly back flips..he falls and flips all around the city.. he is uber flexible and he whooped doc oc's a$$, a man with 4 bionic arms..batman only has a bulletproof suit and will get wrapped around in his cape if he tries to flip too much.

And FINALLY.. go see "The Incredibles".. you will see that Caped heros always lose!

hmm, its quite evident that your only experiance is with Movie Batman.
Movie batman does NOT do batman justice at all.
The REAL batman (See, Not Movies) can move easily and has very little armor.

And FYI "Bats" is the short nick that is used for Batman, Like Spidey for spider-man.

meh.. i dont waste time comparing cartoons.. spidey can do all batman's "cartoon" moves in real life.. his agility, speed, and mobility is 10+ batmans. correct me if I'm wrong, but the mask of the phantasm was based on the new "squarefaced" cartooning anyway (looked exactly like Superman's squarefaced character from the same cartoonist.. HUGE upperbody, small legs.. bah.. thats not cartooning)

im talking earth physics.. if spidey and "Bats" were real.. gravity and physics ownz batman.. done deal.. he's nothing without his tool belt. spidey's body is his own tool.

batman would win. he'd just happen to have his "anti spidey" spray with him...
