I'd like to see the sniper rifles bullets go faster, but I'm undecided about swapping the ERDW and crossbow... :?

Oh, and I'd like to see more vehicles! :D

what good would going prone do you in UT2004? you have essentially perfect accuracy with the sniping weapons in Chaos and it would inhibit your ability to dodge . you'd be a sitting duck.

I agree, prone would be nice. If you were perched on a ledge, it would make it difficult for the person you were sniping to fire at you.

If you want ideas for some neat acrobatic moves, look at this flash animation.

I agree. UT2004 just isn't Battlefield.

These are not bad ideas. Some said we needed to polish. And thats good. But telling where and what to polish???? Feedback is the key to making the mod better, with out it we can not do much... so please do you have any examples or other things you want changed???

The Chaos servers always seem to be empty. And I don't even see a single Duel server.

For any future releases all I want to see is new liquid texture for the MUG, and maybe some particle effects for things like the vortex (particle shower on death).

Prone makes you dodge swipes from the sword....

And backflips are simply just cool :D

As for polishing, well the AI, the character models, and a more general theme.

Few things...

Why have the robots (the UT2003 robots, like corrosion, syzygy, etc) got such good range with melee weps??? And why do they lean forward and attack in a straight line while the other characters attack at an angle?? :evil:

IDEA: For melee CTF - switch the respawn points, just like in CTF-1 on 1-Joust. The two teams will continuously clash and in the event that a flag carrier dies and the flag is returned, an opponent can respawn next to the flag and take it. No chasing flag carriers.

Polishing:
Some costumization(I myself would like effect costumization,would you like the high detail or low detail flavored mug?(becouse i am kinda forced to set my world detail to low becouse of a single weapon right now)

A choice to use old models of CUT like for classic ut ones,i think that some woulda liked to use the old CPP time to time

AI..ofcourse

The gametypes,Flesh em out some more

The screens when you browse over gametypes(Some have wrong contrast and the HH ones are gameplay shots,None of the gametypes ive seen uses gameplay shots!)

Optional downloadable replacement for the current loading screens which dont have the brigtened areas would be just too nice

Id like to see some animations for kicking. Id also like to see a CUT Tournament, full with CDM, CTDM, CCTF, etc. ladders, and a Chaotic Dreams team :lol: !

Agreed,i dont need much difference,just replace CTF with CCTF and make it Chaos weps by default(Bloodrithes should have a option to allow classic UT weapons,melle and instagib ofcourse)

make the CD team only on higher difficulty's,no doubt the coders will have a "heal when hitpoint reaches 1" trigger :x
