A little bit of advice for you folks.

When you start training, you should practice anti-proxy tactics. That is, learn to detect proxies before they blow your head off and learn to shoot them down quickly, because I can guarantee, when you go wandering into the Chaos team's base, you will be met with an army of the little guys.

And with any luck, they will be mine

sure i recognize here the true proxy's lovers

i used proxys a lot in quake2 i hope to have the same feeling there hehehe

i had too much difficulties of use with the first claw in chaos ut..
whaaa i wana know how it feeels now

and how did it work in the first ut cause i didnt played that much to chaos ut cause was not found of this version

was too nostalgic hehe

but when i smell in the air i feel confident towards chaos2k3

now i know i can shoot down proxies

feel sudendly better

Hay there Mr. Kherns & Clan Duvet,

Ran by your website, and wow! Neat graphics going on over there. You guys obviously have at least somebody over there with some graphics-type skills. So here's a question for you;

I don't think we've touched on this yet, but are you guys familiar with how you can add your team logos in a multiplayer game? So that your flag has your clan logo on it, as well as the scoreboard and so forth?

Well, if so, I'm hoping to persuade one of my talented Chaos friends here, perhaps Deus, to make one for our Chaotic Dreams CTF team, and if you guys had one, then just maybe we can get FurrySound to attempt to get them to work in our match.

Just for fun of course, doesn't exactly change the gameplay any. But to make it happen we would need help from someone like Deus to get ours in, help from Furry to use them, plus a texture from you guys. So, any chance you group of folks are interested?

--Oh, and it's a long thread, so if we didn't mention in here already, and since I have been asked:

Yes, you bet! Chaos beta testers are certainly welcome to play on the Chaotic Dreams CTF team. It's gonna be fun, of course everyone is welcome! I just hope we get a few more offers for games after we get the mod out and mention this.

well since the guys from Duvet doesn't seem to pass here that often and most of them don't understand english I'll ask them for you what they think of this flag picture idea... Like I know Khern he probably have a picture or something already done or is working on one.

yep im breathing a litle away from my computer but we will be there for the match sure as we promised
what is the format u need for the logo of our team on the flag if i had well understood what u said

so im at the beach those days i need to breathe after my exams that were really hard
slept three hours in three days
but its 4years things for studies are going on this way...so i needed a rest
but im still there and i have the same feelings inside
so just tell me the folder format u need
and i will surely do something
and if there is something i didnot understood jusst remind me about it !!

hey thawk i passed a lot but there were still no news so i would not have posted alone in a one man show hehe so i went away a litle and now there are plenty of news so im always happy

I caught somethin' on the tube one time, going on about this elephant that could hold paint brushes with it's trunk and paint stuff. Didn't look like much of course, but plenty o' folks seemed impressed anyway.

Well, take that elephant, shoot him up with a couple of them there tranquilizer darts, give him a Aussie-size beer, then tie him down and taunt him like those French guys from the Monty Python movie, and you still would have a better graphics artist than myself. (just wanna see Nighthawk translate that!

)

I'll see if I can find some instructions on the net for you, or maybe we'll get lucky and somebody will post some for us.

If this is what you wanted to see me translate then here you go :

Bon ben prenez cet elephant, tirez lui quelques darts tranquilisants. Donnez lui une biere king-size ( best I found ). Maintenant attachez le et martirisez le comme les francais dans le film Monty Python et vous aurez quand meme un peintre meilleur que moi (R.Flagg).
