hi everything go ell except when i want to play on internet it say coneciton failed and yes i have to last version and i tihnk everyone do so please help me :( i want to play on internet!!!! i installed it with umod and also tryed in zip

Epic's master server is down , try hitting Refresh a whole bunch . it should go through eventually.

Epic is on a roll today.

3) ChaosUT browser refresh bug= There seems to be an issue with ChaosUT querying the master server half the time and returns with 'failed'. This happens for any ChaosUT gametype but is quickly resolved by just spamming the refresh button
Scratch that one, I'm a idiot. :P Just read Peps post and plus have that issue today with any gametype. :roll:

General Protection Fault.
I was using grapple to get to the top of some tower (deathmatch match, dunno which one: It's a big tower with fire at the top), which switching to shield gun. Right when I hit the ground the game crashed.

hey the problem is not epic i whent in normal ut2004 and all server are there but not in chaos ut HELP ME i anna have fun :'(

Hey CD not sure if this is a bug or intended but with the Grappling-Hook.......there is a lame delay when detaching after grappling to something. :( For exapmle, I'd grapple and pull to a tree then go to detach to grapple to another tree in succession but can't because of the delay. Always end up with falling damage or dying. Can this be fixed?

Are you sure that is not just down to lag? That is usually what I find. I can grapple great offline, but on laggy servers I always get killed from fall damage.

I've looked at this, Jailbreak has the same problem we do.

I think Epic has decided to give priority to the default game modes, at let the rest of us sit it out while they fix the master server. :(

Bah, UT2K4 has only been out a short time. It'll take them a while to iron out all the bugs.

When I try to play a botmatch, the game refuses to use the "Use Map Defaults" amount of bots. If I don't set it by hand, it will use the number of bots in the greyed-out box.

Epic is limited too, they can't do everything.
It will likely be fixed in the next patch.

When the first mods are released for a game as complex as UT2k4 problems are bound to arise.
