Proxy Conversations

I was thinking about proxies and had an interesting idea but I dont know how feasible it is.
Anyway, In Half-Life, the scientists and barneys would occasionally chat when they were near each other, and I thought it would be funny if proxies had similar little conversations. For one, it would be interesting for observers, and players who were outside of a room full of proxies could hear them chatting and maybe know not to go in right away.
Basically, the way I'm thinking of it is that every so often, if a proxy is within a certain distance of another proxy and both are idle, it will say a random "question" and the nearby proxy(s) will then respond with a random generic "answer" like "yes" or "no" or "I don't know"... And of course I'm sure things could get more creative than just that, but it would be funny to hear them talking to each other when they get bored. Anyway, it's probably not an incredibly useful feature but I think it would be fun if it could be done. In addition to this, there could be other things that proxies say when idle that aren't questions (so other proxies won't respond)...
Anyway, I think I may be obsessing too much about ChaosUT2 lately... Heh...
