the mutator for the medieval weapons is a great idea- but how bout putting out a few knight-ish skins/models to go with it :p i've been dying for some gothic themed skins/models (i dont mean punk gothic, you know what I mean ) and despite the maps with those themes, I am yet to come across any skins or models that fit what I want to be... but I am no artist. I could probably find a way to make Paint's line tool not draw a straight line, thats how bad I am nah, I channel my efforts into design, in the form of some JB 2k3 maps

thats a very good idea and we will see what we can do.

However it looks like the medieval probably wont be ready for the first public Beta. We wanted to have the melee combat in and working first. A big part of the medieval would be that combat. So the only thing the medieval can do in Beta1 would be to play with xbows...which you can already go via Epic's arena mut. So we will add the melee stuff for Beta2 and get other feedback such as medieval themed models/skins to go with it.
